**Requirements**

  
\- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.  
\- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom or e-commerce.  
\- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.  
\- Testing skills: Strong manual and functional testing, with the ability to design clear test cases, test plans and regression suites.  
\- API and database testing: Solid API testing (Postman or similar) and SQL skills to validate backend data and transactions.  
\- Tools: Comfortable working in Jira and Confluence for test and defect management.  
\- Mindset: Strong analytical skills, ownership of quality, and clear communication with developers and business teams under tight release cycles.  
\- Automation: Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium or RestAssured.  
\- Scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript or Shell.  
\- CI/CD: Running automated tests in pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).  
\- Performance and security: Familiarity with JMeter, k6 or Locust, and OWASP basics.  
\- Leadership: Experience mentoring junior testers or leading a test initiative.

## Requirements

\- Test planning and execution: Design and execute test plans, test cases and regression suites for web, iOS, Android and API integrations.  
\- Defect management: Identify, isolate and track defects across the apps, backend services and third-party integrations, and verify fixes before release.  
\- Test automation (where applicable): Build and maintain automated tests for UI and API, and run them in CI/CD pipelines.  
\- Non-functional testing: Support security and performance testing for high-volume financial transactions.  
\- Production issues: Take part in root cause analysis for high-priority production defects and help prevent repeat issues.  
\- Collaboration and mentoring: Work with Product, Development and DevOps to define acceptance criteria, and mentor junior QA engineers.
