We are currently looking for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for Social Media. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about social media and enjoy helping customers navigate their online experiences.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide top-notch customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via social media platforms.
-   Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
-   Assist customers with understanding products, services, and promotions offered through social media channels.
-   Effectively manage customer complaints and engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance user experience.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and track feedback for service improvement.
-   Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to relay customer insights and support campaigns.
-   Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to provide relevant support and recommendations.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in social media or digital communications.
-   Strong communication skills with an emphasis on a friendly and approachable demeanor.
-   Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, including best practices for customer engagement.
-   Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer service.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
