## Description

Uptalent.io is seeking a highly skilled **Remote Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation** to oversee the successful delivery of software projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex software implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals, and leading cross-functional teams effectively.

This position involves hands-on project management, risk assessment, and the ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
-   Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to meet project demands.
-   Monitor and report on project progress, addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
-   Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure meeting project milestones.
-   Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and understand evolving needs.
-   Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, fostering collaboration and trust.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Software Engineering or similar.
-   +10 years experience leading and managing large & complex business programs.
-   +10 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
-   PMI Certification / ITIL certification
-   Advanced Level in English
