- Analyze and refactor existing code to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Develop and improve communication with hardware devices over USB, HID, Serial (COM) and similar interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, and R&D engineers to ensure reliable device programming, diagnostics, and testing.

## Requirements

- Experience developing Windows desktop applications using Windows Forms.
- Experience with C# and .NET.
- Motivation to learn new technologies and expand your expertise.
- Based in Lithuania and willing to work from our Vilnius office (required).

Nice to have:

- Experience working with legacy applications and refactoring existing code.

- Understanding of low-level programming concepts, including binary data, bitwise operations, flags, and registers.
- Experience with Pascal / Delphi.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems.

## Benefits

- Opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding international company.
- Exposure to complex, industrial-grade security systems and ambitious technical projects.
- A culture where curiosity and knowledge-sharing are core values.
- The opportunity to grow, create, and improve together with the team and the company's development.
- The opportunity to realize your potential, learn, and play a significant role in creating new products.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
- Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports initiatives.
- Team events, summer festivals, and regular team-building activities.
- Additional bonuses through the employee recommendation program.
- Birthday gifts and rewards for work anniversaries.
