## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Luminus, a leading energy company. This role is ideal for Dutch-speaking individuals passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Luminus’ Dutch-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat channels while working remotely.
-   Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
-   Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery.
-   Stay updated on Luminus’ products, services, and relevant industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
-   Proficient in CRM software and various digital communication tools.
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
-   Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
