## Description

**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our home healthcare team. The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our field staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of home healthcare practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise and support field staff, including caregivers and home health aides.
-   Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided.
-   Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
-   Provide training and development of field staff.
-   Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers.
-   Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve client services.
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation.
-   Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

**Qualifications:**

-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
-   Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
-   Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-   Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas.
-   Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
