## Description

**Licensed PTA**

**A Role Built Around Movement and Progress**

This **Physical Therapist Assistant** position is ideal for someone who enjoys active patient care. You’ll work in a **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office** helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

The clinic is located in **Pompano Beach, FL** and treats **2 patients per hour**.

**Schedule Options**

-   4-day work schedule
-   Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   Flexible scheduling available

**Pay**

-   **$60,000–$70,000 per year**, depending on experience

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide PTA services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
-   Assist patients with prescribed exercises and functional rehab activities
-   Support gait training, balance work, range of motion, and strengthening
-   Watch patient response and report updates to the PT
-   Review home program instructions with patients
-   Prepare equipment and treatment spaces
-   Document patient visits clearly and on time
-   Help maintain a smooth clinic flow

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PTA License
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
