## Description

We are looking for **Technical Operations Data Specialist****s** with **native Greek** and **English** language skills and multi-level competencies to become members of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, that manages daily operations, shares and develops knowledge and much more.

_**Your responsibilities will include:**_

-   Data mapping and integrations to systems on hand;
-   Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies;
-   Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions;
-   Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents;
-   Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures;
-   Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment;
-   Identifying areas or processes for improvements.

## Requirements

**_About you:_**

-   Able to work full time;
-   Native Greek speaker & good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
-   Experience with MS Office package;
-   Experience with MS Office package;
-   Proficiency with MS Excel (would be an advantage);
-   Ability to identify root cause and solve problems;
-   Quick learner and good problem solver;
-   System thinking.
-   Data mapping and migration experience (would be an advantage);
