## Description

We are seeking an Advanced Plumbing Designer & BIM Modeler to join our team and support high-level plumbing design and modeling projects for the U.S. market, with a strong focus on New York standards, codes, and construction practices.

This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with experience developing detailed plumbing systems in Revit and Revit Fabrication, capable of producing coordinated, construction-ready models and documentation.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop detailed plumbing BIM models for commercial, residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use projects.
-   Produce plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, and coordinated construction documentation.
-   Work on MEP coordination processes alongside multidisciplinary teams.
-   Create high-detail fabrication-ready plumbing models.
-   Ensure all work complies with New York area standards, codes, and industry practices.
-   Support quantity takeoffs, clash detection, and prefabrication workflows when required.
-   Collaborate directly with U.S.-based teams and participate in coordination meetings in English.

## Requirements

-   Advanced experience in Plumbing Design and BIM Modeling.
-   Strong knowledge of New York plumbing codes, standards, and construction practices.
-   Advanced proficiency in Revit for Plumbing.
-   Proficiency in Revit Fabrication.
-   Experience working on U.S.-based projects.
-   Ability to develop detailed and highly coordinated plumbing models.
-   Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-   Ability to prepare and present a portfolio with relevant work samples.
-   Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.
-   Previous experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or data center projects.
-   Familiarity with fabrication standards and prefabrication processes.
-   Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly with remote teams.
