## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is searching for talented German-Speaking B2B Sales Experts to join our dynamic team in Greece. As a Sales Expert, you will engage with German-speaking business clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and connect with prospective B2B clients in German-speaking markets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
-   Effectively present and tailor our products and services to meet client requirements.
-   Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and market strategies.
-   Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
-   Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is beneficial.
-   Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within an international context.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is preferred.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
