### About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic **Gymnastics Educator** to lead after-school gymnastics classes for elementary school students in **Selma, California**.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, has a background in gymnastics, and is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

### In this role, you will:

-   Lead structured gymnastics classes for elementary-aged students
-   Ensure student safety while teaching fundamental gymnastics skills
-   Create an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
-   Plan age-appropriate activities that promote coordination, confidence, and physical development
-   Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
-   Maintain accurate attendance and communicate any incidents when necessary
-   Prepare and organize equipment before and after each class

### Schedule & Compensation

**Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday & Friday · **4:30 PM – 5:30 PM**

**Program Dates:** August 14, 2026 – December 16, 2026

**Location:** Selma, California

**Compensation:** **$50/hour**

### Requirements

-   18+ years of age
-   Previous gymnastics coaching, teaching, or competitive gymnastics experience preferred
-   Experience working with children is highly preferred
-   Strong communication and classroom management skills
-   Ability and willingness to complete 3+ hours of required online training before the program begins
