## Description

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is looking for an energetic Community Manager to join our Louisville team. We have a culture of teamwork, cooperation with other team members, and a family atmosphere that sets us apart.

**Responsibilities**

-   Greet prospective residents warmly, qualify leads, and present properties in a persuasive, professional manner using feature/benefit selling techniques
-   Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify applicants of results promptly
-   Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements
-   Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests
-   Promote available units through social media and other marketing channels
-   Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance
-   Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports (vacancy, notice to vacate, activity

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 year of residential property management leasing experience
-   1 year of Yardi experience
-   Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
-   Proven track record in sales and customer service
-   Warm, friendly, and professional communication style — in person and by phone
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-   Must be available to work weekends as needed
-   Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-   Must pass drug screening and background check
