**Responsibilities:**

-   General Building Maintenance
-   Technical & Engineering Support
-   Building Systems Troubleshooting & Vendor Coordination
-   Facility Operations & Monitoring
-   Redundancy & Business Continuity
-   Vendor & Service Provider Coordination
-   Service Level & Response Management
-   Assist in other admin-related tasks.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or technical support
-   Experience in vendor coordination
-   Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
-   Amenable working shifting schedules
