## Description

Lauth Investigations' Asset Recovery Division is hiring a Data & Research Manager to run the engine behind our outreach funnel. This is a highly specialized, front-end research and data role: you'll pull state asset lists, coordinate with batch data vendors, and organize information for use across mailer, call center, and digital outreach channels — directly driving cash flow for the division. 

What You'll Do 

-   Extract and maintain state-level unclaimed property / asset lists from public sources 

-   Request and manage data batching with third-party batch/skip-trace vendors to append current contact information 

-   Silo and organize processed lists into clean, ready-to-use segments for the outreach funnel 

-   Execute monthly production cycles aligned with management review and sign-off (first-of-month workflow) 

-   Use AI-assisted search to identify public Facebook and LinkedIn profile links for outreach targets 

-   Coordinate multi-channel outbound sequencing — mailer, call center (CCC), and social notifications — so each lead is reached across channels in a tight window 

-   Track reach and response data across channels to help optimize funnel performance and cash flow per cycle

## Requirements

What We're Looking For 

-   Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and organization (Excel/Sheets required; SQL a plus) 

-   Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms 

-   Comfort with OSINT / AI-assisted research tools for public profile discovery 

-   Highly detail-oriented, comfortable owning a recurring monthly production cycle 

-   Discretion and sound judgment handling personal and financial-adjacent data 

-   Prior experience in asset recovery, skip tracing, marketing operations, or data research strongly preferred

## Benefits

Compensation 

$700 a month, depending on experience, plus a performance incentive tied to funnel output (e.g., lists processed / leads delivered per cycle).
