### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in SaaS or tech sales. This is a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and setting up high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to grow into an Account Executive role.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Execute outbound sales strategies through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
-   Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients in target industries
-   Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
-   Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
-   Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
-   Conduct market research and account mapping to improve targeting
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
-   Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
-   Background in SaaS, Tech, or B2B sales environments
-   Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
-   Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
-   Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
-   Comfortable working remotely with international teams
-   Fluent in English (written and spoken)
