**Your everyday work-life**

-   Participation in store renovation planning
-   Planographic compliance audit through digital tools based on our merchandising principles
-   Creation and further development of Merchandising Guidelines & Projects and tools
-   Presentation and training of colleagues in compliance with Merchandising
-   Recording and tracking trends in new ideas and solutions related to the Customer Journey
-   Engagement and optimization of stores' commerciality through digital platforms
-   Communication with teams for the implementation of commercial projects
-   Preparation of store network updates
-   Order invoicing processes through SAP
-   Communication with suppliers of merchandising materials

  
**As an ideal fit, you should have**

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-   Organizational skills with a high sense of teamwork
-   Orientation towards achieving goals
-   Ability to work with deadlines and responsibility
-   Analytical thinking and communication skills (Greek, English)
-   Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
-   Ability to travel
