**Spa Receptionist**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes for spa appointments.
-   Provide information about spa services, treatments, and product offerings to guests.
-   Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring seamless operation of the spa schedule.
-   Processing payments and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
-   Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
-   Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high standards of customer service.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
-   Excellent knowledge of English
