## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring a German-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide expert support on iRobot products while enjoying the cultural richness and growing tech scene in Sofia.

In this role, you will be pivotal in assisting German-speaking customers by delivering high-quality, effective support and technical solutions. Your contribution will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the brand’s reputation for outstanding service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Offer professional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products efficiently.
-   Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Document all interactions and technical problems thoroughly and accurately.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance support processes and share customer insights.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest product updates and support techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; native proficiency is preferred.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Technical aptitude, with previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
-   Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your CV and/or cover letter.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses fully covered.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
-   Positive attitude, strong adaptability, and eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
