To support our mission, we are seeking for a **Monitoring and Evaluation Manager** to ensure that the information required to support ActionAid programmes work in Greece is centrally collected, organized, analysed and distributed to all stakeholders as required by the organization’s internal policies and respective programmes donors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and continuously improve ActionAid Hellas’ MEAL strategy, systems, and frameworks.
-   Develop and maintain monitoring tools, KPIs, reporting systems, and dashboards.
-   Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and organizational reporting.
-   Coordinate evaluations, assessments, and learning processes across programmes.
-   Ensure accountability mechanisms and participant feedback systems are effectively implemented.
-   Support programme teams in designing and implementing project M&E plans.
-   Produce high-quality reports and insights to support decision-making and donor compliance.
-   Train and support staff and partners on M&E tools, systems, and best practices.
-   Strengthen organizational learning through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
-   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance programme quality and impact.

## Requirements

-   Advanced academic degree in the fields of Social Sciences/ Humanities / Statistics / Business Management.
-   At least four (4) years of working experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for social work through  data collection & mining, analysis, reporting and presenting.
-   Proven experience with Monitoring and Evaluation systems and frameworks, including the setting of performance indicators, qualitative and quantitative data management.
-   Knowledge of statistics and experience using CRM/ERP systems and statistical packages for analyzing datasets, including excel advanced skills.
-   Strong critical and analytical skills[](https://resources.workable.com/analytical-skills-interview-questions) with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
-   High level of integrity and ability to work under strict deadlines.
-   Able to work remotely with a geographically dispersed team.
-   Excellent use (both oral & written) of the Greek and the English language.
-   Very good understanding of human rights, global poverty & development issues.
-   Availability to travel domestic and abroad.
