## Description

SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company specializing in the development and operation of high-end hospitality properties,

is looking for a **Host/Hostess** to join our team in **Monasty, Thessaloniki Autograph Collection**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Welcoming and seating guests with courtesy and professionalism
-   Managing reservations and handling telephone communication
-   Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
-   Maintaining the appearance of the entrance and reception area

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a host/hostess in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or a similar high-end establishment is preferred,
-   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with and assist guests in a polished and friendly manner,
-   Poised and professional behavior,
-   A strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to provide guests with an exceptional and memorable experience,
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle seating arrangements, waiting lists, and special requests efficiently,
