This position is perfect for individuals who have a strong passion for mobile technology and a commitment to exceptional customer service. In this role, you will provide assistance to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their mobile device queries and technical problems to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device setup.
-   Help customers enhance their mobile device usage by offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
-   Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
-   Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their issues and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
-   Stay informed about the latest developments in mobile technology to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.

## Requirements

-   Proficiency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in mobile support or technical support is highly desirable.
-   Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly with mobile devices.
-   Exceptional customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.
-   Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is an advantage.
-   Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote working environment.
-   A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the mobile industry.
