## Description

Apt Resources is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Hot & Cold Kitchen to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing a variety of high-quality hot and cold dishes, ensuring excellent presentation and taste to provide guests with a superior dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards and recipes.
-   Ensure consistency and quality in all food prepared and served.
-   Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and enhance menu offerings.
-   Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
-   Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
-   Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and manage stock rotation.
-   Contribute to maintaining a positive and cooperative working atmosphere in the kitchen.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.
-   Strong knowledge and skills in preparing hot and cold dishes.
-   Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
-   Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards.
-   Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
-   Must be currently in UAE
