**About the Role**

We are looking for a seasoned **Talent Acquisition Head** to independently drive all hiring efforts for Apna’s. This role requires a strong recruiting leader with deep expertise in scaling talent acquisition strategies, building high-quality candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet strategic hiring needs.

## Requirements

Roles & responsibilities:

-   Partner with the TA team on end-to-end hiring for Pan India.
-   Run daily/weekly hiring funnels, walk-in drives & bulk interview processes.
-   Build strong pipelines via sourcing, referrals, networks & local / global market intelligence.
-   Conduct screening, shortlist management, interview coordination & offer closure.
-   Partner with business / functional teams on workforce planning, hiring forecasts & SLA governance.
-   Maintain accurate hiring dashboards, metrics & reporting for leadership reviews.
-   Train new Manager's & interview panels for ICP, NMA & other best practices.

**Who You Are (Ideal Profile)**

-   **13-15 years** of experience in Talent Acquisition managing both Tech-Product & Business Hiring to build talent density in the org across the board.
-   Strong exposure towards distribution org hiring.
-   Ability to operate independently as the Business HR SPOC, with strong execution discipline.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
-   High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
-   Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards & ATS - HR systems is a must have.
