## Description

We are looking for a **Junior Project Coordinator** to support the coordination and monitoring of multidisciplinary engineering projects and assist the design management and project management teams.

This position is suitable for an engineering professional with **1–3 years of experience** who is interested in developing their project coordination and project management capabilities within residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Experience with high-rise buildings is preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects.
-   Assist design management and project management teams with project coordination activities.
-   Support project planning and scheduling.
-   Monitor project progress and follow up on assigned activities.
-   Assist with project reporting and communication.
-   Coordinate meetings and follow up on relevant action items.
-   Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
-   Maintain project-related information and documentation.
-   Support the project team with day-to-day coordination activities.
-   Assist in ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering**.
-   **1–3 years of relevant professional experience**.
-   Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager is preferred.
-   Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
-   High-rise building experience is an advantage.
-   Knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
-   Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
-   Good reporting and communication skills.
-   Strong communication and coordination abilities.
-   Good English proficiency.
-   Engineering background is mandatory.

**PMP or a similar professional qualification is considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.**
