We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to drive product sales, expand the customer base, and build lasting client relationships through proactive field engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven sales solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through daily field visits, customer meetings, and lead generation activities. You will represent the organization professionally, understand customer requirements, demonstrate products, and guide prospects through the sales process. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience while consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in product sales, field sales, direct sales, or business development who are passionate about customer engagement and career growth in sales.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct daily field visits and cold calls to identify and engage prospective customers.
-   Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
-   Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting key features and business benefits.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth.
-   Follow up with leads, address customer queries, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
-   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and field visits using CRM systems and internal tools.
-   Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide valuable customer insights to support business strategies.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, order processing, and post-sales support.
-   Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries for management review.
-   Represent the organization professionally during customer meetings and maintain a strong market presence.
-   Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively engage customers.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
-   1–2 years of experience in **Sales**, **Product Sales**, field sales, direct sales, or business development.
-   Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
-   Excellent negotiation and customer engagement abilities with a consultative approach to selling.
-   Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based sales environment.
-   Comfortable conducting daily customer visits and traveling extensively within the assigned region.
-   Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
-   Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
-   Positive attitude, confidence, and a passion for achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
