Accenture’s Banking Strategy & Consulting team is seeking professionals to help deliver large-scale AI transformation programs. As part of this initiative, you will work with leading banks to design and implement Agentic AI and GenAI solutions that fundamentally reshape how banking operations function.  
What You’ll Do  

-   Support AI-enabled transformation programs by contributing to analysis and delivery activities.  
    
-   Assist in business and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and document current vs. future processes.  
    
-   Translate business requirements into initial drafts of user stories and functional specifications under guidance.  
    
-   Support stakeholder discussions by capturing requirements and documenting outcomes.  
    
-   Contribute to project delivery activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with quality.  
    
-   Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives.  
    
**Who We’re Looking For  
**-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.  
    
-   1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, operations, or internships in transformation projects.  
    
-   Basic understanding of process analysis and business analysis.  
    
-   Strong communication skills in Greek and English.  
    
-   Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.  
    
-   Any exposure to banking operations (KYC, Payments, Lending, Custody) is a plus.
