## Description

-   **Operational Management**: Oversee forest carbon project operations, ensure carbon measurement follows SNI 7724:2019, and manage sustainable forest management.
-   **Supervision & Coordination**: Lead technical field teams, coordinate carbon monitoring methods, and work with local communities, government, and project partners.
-   **Monitoring & Reporting**: Develop GIS-based carbon monitoring systems, conduct carbon stock assessments, and compile certification reports.
-   **Risk Mitigation & Innovation**: Create risk mitigation strategies, develop innovations in forest management, and analyze social and environmental impacts.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry.
-   Preferably has training/certifications in GIS & Remote Sensing and Carbon Management & Verification (e.g., VERRA, Gold Standard, SRN-KLHK).
-   Minimum 3–5 years in GIS & Remote Sensing (ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine).
-   Experience with Carbon Measurement Methodologies based on SNI 7724:2019, IPCC, and VERRA standards.
-   Loyal, detail-oriented, multitasker
-   Strong initiative and innovation
-   Good communication skills, works well under pressure
