## Description

-   Experience in modernizing legacy systems or working in hybrid (legacy + modern) environments.  
    Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, or middleware technologies.  
    Prior exposure to automation, AI-assisted support tools, or knowledge management systems.  
    COBOL, Control-M, integration knowledge, AI usage, and internal LLM expertise.
-   Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in **COBOL programming and maintenance**.
-   Good understanding of **integration frameworks, workflows, and data exchange mechanisms**.
-   Experience with **Control-M or similar job scheduling tools**.
-   Familiarity with **enterprise IT environments and batch processing systems**.
-   Exposure to or willingness to work with **AI-driven tools and internal LLM platforms**.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and documentation abilities.
