Next Job Abroad is pleased to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the exciting iGaming industry, located in beautiful **Malta**. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a vibrant environment and are committed to providing excellent support to customers. As part of our team, you will assist Nordic-speaking players with their questions, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communication.
-   Handle customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
-   Effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
-   Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
-   Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery.
-   Stay informed about the latest gaming products and industry developments.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
-   Prior customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming field.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   A proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and embrace new cultural experiences.
