## Description

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer Operator to join our printing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Your expertise will ensure accurate color reproduction, registration, and print quality to meet client specifications. ### Responsibilities

-   Set up and operate lithographic printing presses according to job specifications.
-   Prepare printing plates, inks, and other materials required for the printing process.
-   Monitor printing operations to ensure consistent quality, color accuracy, and registration.
-   Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
-   Inspect finished prints for defects and make necessary adjustments.
-   Maintain accurate production records and report any issues promptly.
-   Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
-   Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Lithographic Printer Operator or in a similar printing role.
-   Knowledge of lithographic printing techniques and press operation.
-   Ability to prepare and handle printing plates, inks, and related materials.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality and color accuracy.
-   Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-   Familiarity with health and safety standards in the printing industry.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-   Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
