## Description

**COSMOTE Global Solutions NV**, a leading ICT Solutions and Services provider within the **OTE Group of Companies**, is seeking a highly skilled **Technical Lead Specialist** to drive technical excellence, lead complex projects, and mentor development teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced technical solutions across various platforms.
-   Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices in software engineering and system integration.
-   Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable design architectures.
-   Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
-   Oversee code quality, conduct technical reviews, and ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies.
-   Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architectural diagrams, and operational procedures.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes, tooling, and automation.
-   Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, providing deep technical expertise.
-   Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
-   10 plus years of experience in testing and leading technical teams)
-   Frontend development (HTML, CSS)
-   JavaScript standards and frameworks (eg: React, Angular)
-   Java standards and specific frameworks/implementations (eg: Spring, JEE)
-   Development and build tools
-   Database design principles/best practice
-   Design, management, execution and reporting of tests, using appropriate manual and automation testing tools and techniques
-   Experience with test management tools
-   Experience in developing API automatic tests
-   Hands on programming experience
-   SQL
