**🔧 About the Role**

Pete’s RV Center is seeking a **high-performing Service Advisor** who can **control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience**. This position will also assist with Internal Service Advisor tasks.

This is not an order-taking role—this is a **sales-driven position** where you are responsible for:

-   Driving revenue through service recommendations
-   Managing customer relationships
-   Owning the repair process from start to finish

**🛠️ Key Responsibilities**

-   Schedule appointments and **control daily workflow**
-   Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
-   Present and sell **recommended services and repairs**
-   Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
-   **Upsell additional services** based on inspections and service history
-   Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
-   Secure approvals and **close sales opportunities effectively**
-   Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
-   Resolve customer concerns and maintain **top-tier CSI scores**
-   Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills

## Requirements

**✅ What We’re Looking For**

-   Proven ability or desire to **sell in a service environment**
-   Strong **communication, negotiation, and closing skills**
-   Ability to handle multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
-   High level of organization and attention to detail
-   Confidence working in a **commission/performance-based role**
-   Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
-   Strong problem-solving ability under pressure
-   Proficiency with **computer systems and dealership software**
-   Valid **driver’s license with clean driving record**

💡 Automotive, RV, or Service Advisor experience is a plus—but we will train the right **motivated, sales-driven candidate**.
