## Description

**About the Role:**  
We are seeking an experienced **Revit Modeler** with strong expertise in **woodframe structure modeling** for residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with U.S.-based projects, is detail-oriented, and can deliver precise and efficient Revit models aligned with client standards.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Create detailed and accurate **Revit models of woodframe structures** for residential projects
-   Prepare construction documentation, including plans, sections, and detailing
-   Collaborate with U.S. project teams to ensure compliance with codes and standards
-   Revise and update drawings/models as needed to support project development

## Requirements

-   Expert-level skills in **woodframe structure modeling using Revit**

-   Proven experience with **U.S. residential projects**

-   Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing

-   Fluent in English (spoken and written) for effective communication

-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
