## Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Airline Booking Company based in Athens, Greece. In this key position, you will provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with airline bookings and travel-related inquiries.

Your proficiency in Portuguese will be instrumental in helping clients book flights, manage reservations, and resolve any issues they encounter. By delivering exceptional service, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our customers.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese regarding airline bookings and travel inquiries
-   Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
-   Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
-   Coordinate with airline partners to facilitate customer needs
-   Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality
-   Stay informed about airline policies, pricing, and industry trends

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills is required
-   Native Portuguese speakers preferred; please state your nationality and native language clearly in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
-   Prior experience in customer service, especially in airline or travel sectors, is advantageous
-   Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
-   Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
