## Description

**Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate**

**Location:** Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18½ Mile Road & Mound Road)

**Pay:** $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep and appearance of our manufacturing facility. This position offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year, with outdoor work during the warmer months and indoor facility maintenance during the winter season.

**Responsibilities:**

**Spring, Summer & Fall:**

-   Mow grass and maintain landscaping areas
-   Trim bushes, shrubs, and weeds
-   Collect litter and debris around the property
-   Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas
-   Assist with seasonal outdoor projects and facility appearance
-   Operate landscaping equipment and basic power tools

**Winter Months:**

-   Perform general facility maintenance and upkeep
-   Assist with painting projects throughout the facility
-   Support minor repair and improvement projects
-   Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-   Move materials, supplies, and equipment as needed
-   Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
-   Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-   Comfortable using lawn care equipment and hand tools
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-   Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-   Willingness to perform both outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks throughout the year
