## Description

We are looking for an experienced **HR / In-House Recruiter** to join our growing real estate business in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving hiring processes, and supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate agents.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required.
-   Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
-   Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
-   Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
-   Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
-   Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports.
-   Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required.
-   Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE.
-   Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods.
-   Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
-   Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
-   Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-   Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
