## Requirements

**Program Manager**

Infosys Consulting is expanding our Perth team in our SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources and Energy) sector.

We are seeking an experienced **Program Manager** to lead governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution across a complex, multi-workstream technology portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape large-scale digital transformation initiatives while working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across multiple workstreams
-   Establish and drive effective program governance, reporting, risk management, and financial oversight
-   Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic priorities and delivery roadmaps
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, quality outcomes, and successful delivery
-   Drive Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices including PI Planning, ART coordination, and portfolio-level delivery management
-   Support transformation initiatives involving onshore and offshore delivery models
-   Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance

**Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement**

-   Act as a trusted advisor to **senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives**.
-   Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change.
-   Coach leaders and managers on change leadership and people impact management.

**Communications & Training**

-   Create targeted **communication strategies and artefacts** to support awareness and buy‑in.
-   Partner with learning teams to design and deliver **training and capability uplift programs**.
-   Ensure consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation

**Adoption, Measurement & Reinforcement**

-   Define and track **change adoption metrics and success measures**.
-   Identify resistance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-   Embed reinforcement mechanisms to ensure sustainable change post‑implementation.

**What We're Looking For**

-   Proven experience leading large-scale IT programs and transformation initiatives
-   Prior external consulting experience strongly preferred
-   Strong governance, planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
-   Experience working within major asset owner/operator environments
-   Oil & Gas, Energy, Resources, or Mining industry experience highly desirable
-   Strong understanding of SAFe methodologies, PI Planning, and Agile delivery practices
-   Experience managing distributed delivery teams and transitioning delivery models
-   Growth mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change
-   Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
