### Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing-Focused)

### About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven **Talent Acquisition Specialist** with a strong sourcing background to help scale our growing team. This role is heavily focused on **outbound sourcing** — proactively identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier talent across corporate, operational, and growth-focused roles.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where urgency matters, priorities evolve quickly, and your impact is visible. While sourcing is the primary focus, you will also support candidate screening and interview coordination to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the hunt, enjoys building pipelines from scratch, and takes pride in consistently surfacing exceptional talent.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Proactively source, engage, and build high-quality talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
-   Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify and engage top-tier candidates
-   Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and ideal candidate attributes
-   Craft and execute personalized, high-conversion outreach campaigns and follow-up messaging
-   Rapidly surface qualified candidates while adapting sourcing strategies to shifting business priorities
-   Conduct thorough initial candidate screens to assess experience, competencies, and motivational fit
-   Ensure a positive, transparent, and efficient candidate experience from first contact through interview scheduling
-   Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline activity and sourcing performance

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing roles
-   Proven success in heavy outbound sourcing and pipeline development
-   Experience recruiting for niche or specialized roles within high-growth consumer brands (VMS experience is a plus)
-   Comfortable operating in a scrappy, high-urgency, fast-moving environment
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities simultaneously
-   Bias toward action — you move with speed, urgency, and ownership
