## Description

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic **Hostess** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
-   Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate table arrangements efficiently.
-   Escort guests to their tables and provide information regarding restaurant services.
-   Manage waiting lists and communicate estimated waiting times clearly.
-   Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with the restaurant team.
-   Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
-   Maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming reception area.
-   Support the overall operation of the restaurant during busy service periods.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel or high-end restaurant environment will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Professional appearance and guest-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
