## Description

**Business Process Manager**

**Location: Chantilly, VA**

**Must have an active Top Secret Clearance**

Node is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution.  Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. 

Node is seeking an **Business Process Manager** to support this critical customer mission.  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders  
\- Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots  
\- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings  
\- Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements  
\- Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions  
\- Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives  
\- Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders  
\- Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation  
\- Support governance review processes with business impact analysis  
\- Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes  
\- Create stakeholder communications and status reports  
\- Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle  
\- Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation  
\- Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes  
\- Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions

## Requirements

Required Skills:  
\- U.S. Citizenship  
\- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst  
\- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills  
\- Experience with use case development and user story creation  
\- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies  
\- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills  
\- Experience with project coordination and tracking  
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  
\- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques  
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  
Desired Skills:  
\- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs  
\- Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation  
\- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments  
\- Experience with agile requirements management  
\- Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations  
\- Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks  
\- Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes  
  
Required Education:  
BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience  
   
Desired Certifications:  
\- DoD 8140 IAT Level II  
\- ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA  
\- SaFE
