## Description

**Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Order Processing Administrator** for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You will take UK customer orders from receipt to dispatch, accurately and on time, keeping customers and warehouse teams in the loop. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being chased. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities and the tools you need to do your best work from day one, so you always know what good looks like.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Enter and validate customer orders in the order system
-   Check stock availability and confirm delivery dates
-   Liaise with warehouse and courier teams
-   Resolve order errors and amend orders when needed
-   Keep order status updates clear for customers

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with order or ERP systems such as Shopify, Brightpearl or Sage
-   Accurate data entry
-   Clear, friendly written communication
-   Good organisation under daily deadlines
-   Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets

**Nice to have**

-   Experience with courier portals
-   Returns processing exposure
-   Customer service background
