## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Czech-Speaking Customer Agent to work with Booking.com in Greece. This opportunity includes a paid relocation package and is ideal for individuals fluent in Czech seeking a rewarding career in customer service within the travel industry. As a Customer Agent, you will provide excellent assistance to Czech-speaking customers, helping them with their travel bookings and inquiries.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on Booking.com's services, policies, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to adapt quickly to work and live in Greece.
-   Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
-   Reliable, motivated, and customer-oriented attitude.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation support provided.
