**About the role**

As an Financial Advisory Manager, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to help corporates, investors, developers, public-sector bodies and funders understand, secure and manage financing solutions that support growth, acquisitions, strategic investments, infrastructure and energy projects.

**Your role will include:**

-   Manage the day-to-day delivery of financing, project finance and broader financial advisory engagements, including work planning, budgets, timelines, task allocation, quality and risk-management procedures, and client-ready outputs.
-   Build, review and challenge integrated financial models covering operational forecasts, cash flows, debt schedules, covenants, scenarios, sensitivities, and equity and lender returns.
-   Assess financing requirements, funding capacity, capital structures and refinancing alternatives, and support debt-raising and refinancing processes by preparing financing strategies, lender presentations, information memoranda, financial analyses and responses to due diligence enquiries.
-   Support infrastructure and energy assignments throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility assessment, investment appraisal, bid support, risk allocation and transaction execution.
-   Contribute to valuations, business plans, feasibility studies, financial due diligence and other transaction-related analyses.
-   Review financial, commercial and operational information, identify key assumptions and risks, and ensure that analyses and supporting working papers are accurate, consistent and appropriately documented.
-   Prepare and review high-quality reports and presentations, maintain effective client communication, and coordinate inputs from lenders, investors, public-sector bodies and internal or external specialists.
-   Supervise, coach and review the work of junior team members, providing timely feedback and supporting their technical and professional development.
-   Contribute to proposals, pitches, market research, thought leadership and business-development initiatives, helping to build trusted client relationships  
    

**What we are looking for:**

-   5-7 years of relevant professional experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, transaction services, corporate finance or financial advisory
-   Solid academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant discipline (MSc will be considered an advantage)
-   Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; including hands-on experience developing and reviewing financial models
-   Previous experience in a relevant role in Financial Modelling will be considered an asset.
-   Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and reviewing the work of team members
-   Commitment to delivering services of high quality
-   Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
-   Strong analytical thinking with effective problem solving and decision making capabilities
-   Excellent communication and relationship building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
-   Professional qualifications, or progress toward ACA, ACCA, CFA or a similar certification, will be considered an asset
