## Description

We are looking for a motivated **Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant** to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in **recruitment, sales, or business development** who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

-   Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
-   Conduct candidate interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements
-   Manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through placement
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
-   Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions
-   Identify and develop new business opportunities
-   Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
-   Contribute to team objectives and overall business growth

## Requirements

-   **1–5 years of experience** in recruitment, sales, or business development, with **1–3 years preferred**
-   Experience in a target-driven or performance-oriented environment
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
-   Good command of English
-   Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and business development
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-   Additional language skills are a plus
