## Description

**Superior Contracting & Maintenance** is seeking an experienced **HVAC Technician** to join our growing team. We are a property management services company known for clear communication, quality repairs, and timely delivery. This role involves residential and light‑commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation across a variety of projects, including renovations and general maintenance.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
-   Complete same‑day repairs when possible, including part replacement
-   Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats per manufacturer specifications and code
-   Diagnose and repair HVAC‑related electrical and plumbing components
-   Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards
-   Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
-   Communicate job status clearly with management and team members
-   Maintain accurate service records and documentation

### Qualifications

-   Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
-   Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-   Strong communication and customer service skills

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
-   At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
-   Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.
-   Experience in collaborating with contractors and subcontractors.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

## Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

  
Salary: $400-500/per day average (changeouts pay substantially more)
