## Description

Seeking for **Cluster** **Reservations Agent** for our reservations team across three different properties and yacht reservations company.

-   Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
-   Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and provide information about the properties and their services
-   Manage daily reservations plans and room availability and payments
-   Maintain daily communication with the Front Desk team to ensure accurate information on arrivals, departures, and cancellations
-   Have full knowledge of each property and its services
-   Handle Yacht reservations for company’s 4 yachts
-   Handle correspondence efficiently
-   Strong knowledge of PMS systems, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels

## Requirements

-   Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
-   Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management preferred
-   Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Reservations Agent in a 4\* or 5\* hotel
-   Excellent computer skills and PMS knowledge
-   Excellent command of English  
-   Professional appearance, behavior and genuine courtesy
-   Comfort communicating via WhatsApp and online chat with both guests and hotel staff
-   Adaptability, efficiency, and interpersonal skills
