As **Watersports Manager**, you will play a key role in shaping a safe, engaging, and high-quality beach experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational oversight with a strong service mindset and enjoys leading teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee daily watersports operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
-   Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of all equipment.
-   Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance, and compliance with operating procedures.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Experience managing watersports, beach operations, or outdoor recreation teams or individuals.
-   Experience maintaining watersports equipment and monitoring operational readiness.
-   Strong knowledge of watersports safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
-   Experience in a guest-facing service role.
-   Business-fluent English.
-   Powerboat-related license and jetski certification.
-   Eligibility to work in Greece.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Lifeguard certification.
-   First aid or CPR certification.
-   Fluency in Greek.
