Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Knowledge and Data Management Analyst** for the coordination and delivery of software tools, extraction pipelines, methodology and modelling for annotation campaigns.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Managing annotation campaigns and assignments for annotators i.e. planning, reviewing and reporting status about annotation activities;
-   Coordinating and supporting annotation methodology, annotation guidelines, codebooks or equivalent guidance material, reference corpus preparation, software tools, quality checks and analysis of annotation outputs;
-   Coordinating and supporting change management processes for codebook and legal content annotation methodologies, software tools and coordinating related impact analysis activities with support for annotators;
-   Coordinating and contributing to the elaboration, implementation, integration and delivery of legal obligation information extraction pipelines and related software tools;
-   Coordinating and delivering analysis of large legal, institutional or technical textual corpora using appropriate Natural Language Processing, software tools, corpus analysis, linguistic analysis or legal content analysis methodologies;
-   Coordinating and delivering analysis, modelling, documentation and improvements to IT workflows for processing data, metadata and related assets;
-   Coordinating and supporting validation, testing and quality control of annotated datasets, reference corpora and data conversion outputs;
-   Coordinating, gathering and analyzing business needs and providing advice to business and technical stakeholders;
-   Coordinating and preparing technical, methodological, functional and user-oriented documentation;
-   Participating in project meetings and contributing to coordination, reporting, follow-up of tasks and project documentation;
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Master's degree (or equivalent) in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Information Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, including:

-   Terminology repositories, thesauri, taxonomies, or ontologies.
-   Data and metadata modelling, knowledge representation.

-   Minimum 1 year of experience in:

-   Standards, technologies, or tools for data and metadata modelling.
-   Natural Language Processing (NLP), corpus linguistics, text mining, or linguistic analysis.
-   Data analysis methodologies applied to legal, institutional, or technical corpora.
-   Python, R, or similar tools for data processing, information extraction, automation, testing, validation, or reporting workflows.
-   Annotation methodologies, codebooks, guidelines, or reference corpus design.
-   Quality control, validation, testing, or analysis of annotated datasets.
-   Advisory or support roles for business users or customers.
-   Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.

-   Minimum 6 months of experience in:

-   Technical, methodological, or functional documentation writing.
-   Requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, reporting, task follow-up, or project documentation in data, metadata, or annotation-related projects.

-   Language requirements:

-   English: C1 level or higher.
-   French: B2 level or higher (or native proficiency).
