## Description

SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company specializing in the development and operation of high-end hospitality properties,

is looking for a **Barista/Bartender** to join our team in our new project The Fiction at Marousi,

**Responsibilities**

-   Prepare & serve drinks to guests according company's F&B standards
-   Presentation of the Bar Menu, taking orders and serving
-   Responsible for monitoring the stock of the bar
-   Responsible for the good operation of the bar post
-   Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
-   Breakdown, clean and set-up front and back bar
-   Deal with all guests, enquires and complaints
-   Keep a high standard of personal hygiene appearance

## Requirements

-   Proven working experience as a Barista/Bartender
-   Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
-   Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
-   Relevant training certificates, will be considered a plus
-   Attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment
