## Description

**Employment basis:** Full-time

**Level:** Entry-level

**Location:** Hybrid: Remote + Markopoulo, Greece

**Reports to:** Marketing Executive

\*Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience\*

**About the company**

hoper is the global gateway for helicopter travel: from short transfers and skyline tours to private charters in some of the world's most iconic destinations. From the Greek Islands and the French Alps to Dubai and beyond, travelers can book helicopter flights from trusted operators through hoper's seamless, reliable, and refreshingly smooth online experience. hoper started as the first scheduled helicopter airline in Greece, where island-hopping was long, tiring, and exclusive. We made it effortless, scenic, and accessible. Now, we're taking that vision worldwide.

Today, our business spans three key areas: scheduled helicopter transfers, on-demand private flights and charters, and scenic tours. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

**About the role**

As a **Junior Marketing Specialist**, you’ll work closely with hoper’s Marketing team across social media, CRM, email marketing, content, organic growth, digital advertising and performance reporting.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, execute ideas and work with us to achieve **measurable growth while continuously improving how efficiently we spend our time and marketing budget**.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be expected to combine creativity with a data-driven mindset, be comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies, and gradually take ownership of larger parts of hoper’s marketing activity.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and eager to make things better, not simply keep them running.

**Responsibilities**

- **Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:** Own the development and execution of hoper’s social media strategy and manage the day-to-day activity of our social media channels.
- **CRM & Email Marketing:** Support the management and organization of customer data, audience segments and campaign lists within our CRM and email marketing platforms.
- **Newsletter Strategy & Execution:** Plan, create and execute newsletters and targeted email campaigns, from audience selection and copywriting to campaign setup, testing and performance analysis.
- **Content & Organic Growth:** Develop and execute content ideas across social media, blog and other organic channels that support brand awareness, SEO, customer engagement and commercial objectives.
- **Paid Digital Marketing:** Contribute to the planning, creative development, execution and optimisation of Meta, Google and other digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on improving performance and marketing efficiency.
- **Marketing Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor and report key marketing metrics across channels, identify trends and opportunities, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- **Experimentation & Growth:** Proactively identify and test new tools, automations, channels and marketing initiatives that can help hoper acquire, engage and retain customers more efficiently.

**Qualifications**

- Up to 3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or a closely related role.
- Basic working knowledge of **CRM platforms and email marketing tools**.
- Basic working knowledge of **Google Analytics 4 (GA4)** and digital marketing measurement.
- Hands-on experience managing social media channels for a brand or business, including content planning, publishing, community management and performance monitoring.
- An entrepreneurial approach and ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change-oriented environment.
- Comfort experimenting with new tools (AI included) really matter.
- Excellent communication skills as well as ability to work well within a team.
- Empathy, humility, an open mind and a genuine desire to grow.
- Perfectly fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal).
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field is a plus.

**Benefits**

- The opportunity to directly influence hoper’s growth and see the impact of your work.
- Exposure to a fast-growing company operating across travel, technology and aviation.
- A strong private medical insurance plan.
- A flat organisation and thus a lot of responsibility and flexibility in the role, as well as the ability to define work tasks, priorities, formats, etc.
- Rich opportunities to grow in the role - a springboard for bigger roles in the future.
- A fun and collaborative work environment and culture, incl. a flexible Work from Home policy.
